PARKOUR SESSIONS

Why not try Parkour with The Pulse. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn this new art from the streets of Paris. Also known as free running Parkour uses the urban environment as a playground with the ultimate aim being to achieve flow over obstacles with speed and fluidity.
